Pavilion Reservation with Pool Use
All reserved events involving the pool must take place during pool operating hours. Event hosts must include pool access on their pavilion reservation form if guests will use the pool, even when the guests are Thornhill residents.
The steps for reserving the pavilion with pool use are:
1) Contact Superior to describe your event and request a tentative date hold.
2) Complete Thornhill's reservation form above (including pool use).
3) Contact CPM, complete their Pool Party Request Form below, and schedule and pay them directly for any required additional pool staff. (This is a condition of our pool contract and important for pool safety. Pool employees are scheduled based on general attendance patterns and an influx of guests from a party could leave the pool insufficiently staffed.)
4) Provide Superior with a copy of your approved CPM party form and fee receipt.
5) Pay Thornhill's reservation fee and security deposit.
Reservations involving the pool will not be placed on the calendar until CPM has signed off on the event and all CPM and Thornhill fees have been paid.

Please note that if your party is scheduled in August or September, the pool is Swim at Your Own Risk and there are no lifeguards present.
Expect Superior to get in touch when they receive your reservation to discuss the details of your event and review important Association policies before a reservation can be approved. For example, when the pool is unguarded, for every five guests under the age of 21 attending a private event, one adult 21 or older must be present. Alcohol is also prohibited at events involving the pool during August and September.
Please note that party guests and residents entering the pool area without an approved Thornhill reservation, CPM Pool Party Request Form and payment of applicable fees is a violation of the covenants and may result in fines, expulsion from the pool, and loss of community privileges.
